i agree. i think the look is cool, ( id still prefer exact replicas of the old live action films though but like this too )......but megan fox??? her acting isnt even good enough for a porno.
still, i want to see. i also like the new origin story. unlike most of the internet who is up in arms over the change, i like alt storylines. why do i need to see/hear the same story 30x
i think its solid casting. he's a good actor and can pull off the playboy look as well. plus i know its blasphemy on the internet but i liked daredevil and i thought he played that part very well so i got no beef with ben.
would be flippin hilarious if matt damon became the joker though, i would die laughing
im a big fan of the first amazing spiderman. i enjoyed the original 3 esp 2 but i hated almost all of the main cast so i was very happy when it got rebooted. toby and dunst are just annoying as hell.
it just had a sequel not too long ago that was terrible. let it die
they def could have cast a better actor
id say transformers wasnt that good. i love transformers tv shows and even much of bays older works but those movies were meh at best and the worst movie ever made at worst ( T3 ).
im interested to see how this turns out but im very disappointed with the CG. update the old costumes and call it a day
i think he will likely sign picture to picture but i dont see him refusing any roles. he seems to legitimately love playing iron man and he is perfect for it. similar to jackman and wolverine
i dont care what he does with it so long as its good. simple as that, i have seen their original origins 100x over again so its not a big deal to get an alternative take, it could be more interesting even just because its more fresh.
my problem is with bay in general, he completely ruined transformers due to annoying characters and a plot that made little sense. he has potential because prior to transformers i loved his work but since then, mediocre at best ( trans 1/2 ) and ...

one and two def interchangeable but i agree with their positions. nice to see candyman get some love too, he was terrifying when i was a child. a few others id have put higher and as much as i love hannibal he'd prob be a little lower imo. overall though, solid list

pre-tranformers i would have agreed with you. but ever since that cg mess, he has not tried to make a movie with a decent plot. his older films had humor, action, and a good plot. since he did transformers though, he realized all you need is pretty things on the screen to have a box office hit. transformers and avatar have proven that true.
the sad part here is how successful the remake of alice was, imo that movie was terrible. the story made little to no sense, it was anti-climatic, acting was cheesy, blah, blah, blah, i could go on for days about what i hated about it. i cannot believe it did so well.....
but besides that, GO AVENGERS!!
i dont think the new spidey is going to do that great. i say 80 million opening, the third one really soured a lot of people on the franchise and ,marketing is nowhere near the level it used to be for those films.
having said that i actually really enjoyed SM3 aside form a few scenes. but in the end im thankful for a reboot becuase i hate tobey, dunst, and franco. their acting was/has been pathetic in that series and i couldnt wait for them to be replaced. also they ruined ...
im glad they didnt. catwoman is not the main villain and imo i dont even like her catwoman, she is cheesy and useless. and like the two films before it, the movie would likely be better without a female character at all. the two low point of BB and TDK imo were its female leads.
that said, i think TDK will do incredibly well but come in at the 170-180 range. i think its going to be a long time until the avengers gets beaten.
i agree with you to a point. i also would like to see that, for example why reboot batman after rises? find somebody willing to continue nolans vision while making it their own. however though, in the case of spiderman, killing venom was a poor decision and overall the actors were horrible and the story while solid, was just that, only solid. spiderman deserves much more than what sam did for the franchise so a reboot is in order.
i disagree. im not sure there can be a "poor" version of any comic characters, just different takes. batman has been explored by a million different writers since his creation and all have their own take. thats what helps keep characters interesting as well, why would i want to see batman in movies, comics, and tv shows if he is going to be the exact same thing every time?

i disagree, imo both movies are excellent but i enjoyed the dark knight more. ledgers death had nothing to do with it, his performance as the villain had everything to do with it. i liked the league of shadows as a villain but i dont think they were even close to as enjoyable as a villain as classic as the joker.
also you may want to begin such a comment with "in my opinion" becuase somebody sounds a little cocky as though their opinion is fact.
